Local Expertise, Professional Results
Since 2004, Midwest Property Management has incorporated the tried and true principles into our daily practices. We strive to stay on top of the many tasks associated with successful management of residential rental property. Through constant communication, the owners we work for and the tenants we work with receive the customer service they deserve. This commitment has resulted in strong business growth and has allowed us to become a respected and trusted local property management company.
Our Mission
Our goal at Midwest Property Management is to provide owners and residents the best management experience by providing pleasant, professional and honest service. We work hard to maintain our commitment and strive to exceed expectations at every step of the process.
Our Team
Opening a property management company out of our home was a daunting experience for us back in 2004. We committed ourselves to doing whatever we could to make it succeed with a lot of on the job experience and many extra long days. Over the last 10 years, on average, we have grown by about one new property each month, managing over 100 units as of 2012 for over 30 different owners. We contract out most of our larger maintenance items to 5-6 regular service providers, often taking care of the smaller things ourselves. Our goal has always been to be personable and take care of the problems that come up as soon as possible, making sure we do whatever we can to communicate with everyone. In the spring of 2013 we relocated to our current office location, which was a big jump for us but will allow us to offer better service to tenants and owners alike as well as continue to expand our business. Whenever we aren’t at work, we like to enjoy the many things that central Missouri offers, including hiking, biking, kayaking and camping, as well as the little things such as yard work or just hanging out with our pets. Whether you are a property owner or a tenant, we will do whatever we can to help you with your rental property experience.
